ICT Immediate Rebalance Toolkit runs five separate tools on MT4 and MT5, and the one it's named after is the one nothing else on your chart is looking for.

What an immediate rebalance is

A fair value gap happens when price moves so fast it leaves a hole between candle ranges. An immediate rebalance is the same move that doesn't leave one, because the pullback happens inside the pushing candle's own wick.

The tool's test for a bullish one is five conditions on three bars:

  • The current bar's low dips back below the high of two bars ago
  • but stays above that bar's close, so it's into the wick and not into the body
  • the previous bar closed above that high
  • the current bar closed above it too
  • and the current close is above the previous close

Price reached above a level, came straight back to touch it, and left again without leaving a gap behind. No FVG indicator will ever draw that, because there's nothing to draw. It's the same behaviour with the opposite footprint.

The level is marked with a line, plus dotted lines at the 25%, 50% and 75% marks of the rebalanced range so you can see where inside it price is trading.

And then it tells you whether it worked

This is the part I'd want in any tool of this kind.

Exactly Confirmation (Bars) bars later, two by default, the tool checks whether price went on past the level. If it did, the marker on the chart changes glyph and grows. If it didn't, the marker stays as it was.

Both outcomes stay on the chart. A failed immediate rebalance is not an error the tool is hiding from you; it's information about how this instrument is behaving right now, and it's marked as clearly as a successful one.

After the confirmation window the rebalance stops being tracked, so the chart doesn't accumulate.

The other four tools

Buyside and sellside liquidity, order and breaker blocks, and liquidity voids on EURUSD M30

Buyside and sellside liquidity. Pivot levels drawn as boxes with a margin, so a cluster of nearly equal highs becomes one level rather than four. Timeframe lets you pull these from a higher timeframe onto your working chart. Three levels visible per side by default.

Order blocks and breaker blocks. Found from a seven-bar swing. Mitigation by close or by wick, your choice, and body-only detection if you'd rather ignore wicks. Breaker blocks are off by default; turn them on and every mitigated block that gets reclaimed stays on the chart in a different colour.

Liquidity voids. Off by default. Gaps wider than a multiple of a 144-bar ATR, shaded, with an option to keep or remove them once mitigated.

Macros and sessions. The short ICT time windows โ€” London macros, New York AM macros โ€” drawn with their own top and bottom lines, plus CBDR, killzone and Silver Bullet sessions. Every start and end time is an editable input, and there's a Timezone offset because your broker's server clock is almost certainly not the one these times were written for.

Adjust Timezone before you judge the session drawing. It defaults to one particular offset and everything time-based in the toolkit hangs off it.

What ships on and what ships off

Module Default
Immediate Rebalances On
Buyside/Sellside Liquidity On
Order Blocks On
Breaker Blocks Off
Liquidity Voids Off
Macro lines and labels On
All five alert switches Off

That's a sensible chart out of the box rather than everything at once, and it's worth turning modules on one at a time. With all five running you're drawing several hundred objects on a long chart.

Alerts

Each module has its own alert switch and all five are off. Notification type also ships as Do not notificate, so nothing fires until you set it twice: once for the module, once for the channel.

That's deliberate. Turning the whole toolkit's alerts on at once, on several charts, produces a stream nobody reads.

Where it's weak

No indicator buffers at all. Everything is a chart object. iCustom gets you nothing from any of the five modules, so this is a chart tool and not an EA component.

Object count. Five modules, each keeping its own history, on a 1000-bar lookback. It's fine on a few charts and it is not free on twenty. Lookback bar is the setting to control it.

Immediate rebalances are only tracked for the confirmation window. After two bars they're dropped from memory. The drawing stays, but nothing further is checked, so a level that mattered five bars later isn't marked.

The liquidity margin is a single number. Margin at 6.9 divides ATR to decide how close two pivots have to be to count as one level. It's not obvious, it's not in price units, and finding the right value for a new instrument is trial and error.

Session times are one broker's. Every window is editable and the timezone offset is a single input, so getting it right takes one pass through the settings and then it's done.

The 144-bar ATR behind liquidity voids isn't available early. The first 144 candles of any chart get no void filtering.

Questions you'll have

Does ICT Immediate Rebalance Toolkit repaint? No. Everything is evaluated on closed bars behind a new-bar check. The confirmation marker changes glyph two bars after the rebalance, which is the outcome being recorded, not the level moving.

What's the difference between an immediate rebalance and a fair value gap? An FVG is a hole left between candle ranges. An immediate rebalance is the same fast move where the pullback happened inside the wick, so no hole exists. Gap indicators can't see them.

What does the changed marker mean? That the rebalance was confirmed: price continued past the level within the confirmation window. An unchanged marker means it didn't.

Why are the session lines in the wrong place? Timezone. It defaults to one particular server offset. Set it to match your broker and everything time-based lines up.

Why don't I see breaker blocks or liquidity voids? Both modules ship off. Turn them on in the settings.

Why aren't I getting alerts? Two switches. Each module has its own alert toggle, all off by default, and Notification type ships as Do not notificate.

Can an EA read any of this? No. There are no indicator buffers; every element is a chart object.

Best timeframe? M15 to H1. The immediate rebalance pattern is a three-bar structure, so it exists on every timeframe, but the macros and killzones only mean anything intraday.

MT4? Both platforms are included, one download each. Same five modules, same defaults, same editable session times.
