The name you register with is the same one you type into the indicator's
inp_usernamefield. That is the whole licence check — there is no key file to lose and nothing to activate by email. -
Start the trial, or pick a plan
3 days on 2 trading accounts, free. When you are ready, a paid plan covers 5 accounts — enough for a live account, a demo and a prop-firm challenge at once.

Download and attach
One file for MT4, one for MT5. Drop it into the terminal's folder, restart, and drag it onto a chart. If a slot is tied to an account you no longer use, free it yourself from your account page.
