Fibonacci Confluence Toolkit waits for a change of character, then draws a retracement on the leg that caused it and a zone around where price would have to come back to.
After that it watches for one thing: an engulfing candle inside that zone.

The retracement is anchored to the break, not to a swing you picked
Most Fibonacci tools make you choose the two points. This one takes them from structure.
It tracks swing highs and lows and marks a CHoCH when price closes through the level that was holding the previous direction. The line and its label go on the chart at that moment. The leg that did the breaking becomes the retracement's anchor, and the levels are projected from it.
So the 0.618 on your screen is not a level you drew because it looked about right. It's the 0.618 of the specific move that changed the market's direction, and it moved into place the moment that move was confirmed.
Every level has a value, not just a switch
Eight levels ship: 0, 0.236, 0.382, 0.5, 0.618, 0.65, 0.786 and 1. Each has its own visibility toggle and its own editable value.
That second part is more useful than it sounds. If you work with 0.705 rather than 0.786, or you want the 0.65 slot to hold 0.66, you type it in rather than living with someone else's numbers. Three of the eight ship hidden, so the default chart shows the four levels most people actually use.
The area of interest
Alongside the retracement, a box is drawn covering the zone the structure break left behind. Highlight Area of Interest? is on, Fill Area of Interest? is off, so you get an outline rather than a block of colour over your candles.
The box is the thing the engulfing filter refers to, which is where the toolkit earns its name.
The engulfing filter is the whole product
Engulfing Candle Patterns has three settings, and the default is the one that matters.
Structure-filtered, the default, only marks an engulfing candle if there has been a change of character and price is inside the area of interest that the change created. An engulfing candle in the middle of nowhere is not drawn.
All marks every engulfing candle it finds, which is what a standalone engulfing indicator does and is why standalone engulfing indicators end up switched off.
None turns the marks off entirely and leaves you the structure and the levels.
The difference between the first two on a busy chart is the difference between a handful of marks and a hundred. Confluence here means a specific, checkable thing: the right candle, in the right zone, after the right event.

It can run on a higher timeframe
Higher Timeframe defaults to the chart's own, and setting it higher runs the whole analysis on that series and draws the result on the chart you're looking at. Structure, levels, zone and engulfing marks all come from the higher timeframe.
That's the intended way to use it: daily or H4 structure, marked on the chart you time entries on.
| Ordinary Fibonacci tool | This | |
|---|---|---|
| Who picks the anchors | You do, by hand | The leg that broke structure |
| When levels appear | When you draw them | When the change of character confirms |
| Level values | Fixed | Every one editable |
| Engulfing candles | A separate indicator marking all of them | Only inside the zone, after a structure break |
| Higher timeframe | Redraw by hand | One input |
Alerts
Two switches, both on: one for a new change of character, one for a qualifying engulfing pattern. The alert text names the timeframe, which matters when you're running it on a higher one.
Notification type ships as none, so nothing fires until you choose terminal, email, push or Telegram.
The history pass is silent, so attaching it to a year of bars fills the chart without filling your inbox.
Where it's weak
No indicator buffers at all. Everything is a chart object, so iCustom gets you nothing: not the levels, not the zone, not the structure state. The alerts are the only machine-readable output.
Structure confirms late, by construction. A CHoCH needs the swing that defines it to be complete, so the line appears after the move that made it. The levels are correct and they are not early.
One live retracement per direction. A new structure break replaces the previous set. Older drawings stay on the chart as history but stop being maintained.
The engulfing test is a body-size comparison. A long body engulfing a small opposite body. There's no volume term and no requirement that the engulfing candle closes anywhere in particular, so a large bar with a long wick can qualify on body alone.
The higher-timeframe mode needs that history loaded. Ask for D1 structure on a symbol whose daily bars aren't in the terminal and nothing is drawn. Open a D1 chart of the symbol once and come back.
Object count grows with the lookback. A thousand-bar default across two directions with boxes, lines and labels adds up. It's far lighter than the oscillator suites in this range, and it isn't free.
Questions you'll have
Does Fibonacci Confluence Toolkit repaint? No. Structure is confirmed on closed bars and a drawn CHoCH, zone or level stays where it was put. New structure creates a new set rather than moving the old one.
Where do the Fibonacci anchors come from? The leg that broke structure. You don't pick them, which is the point.
Can I change the level values? Yes, every level has both a visibility switch and its own value input.
Why am I seeing so few engulfing marks? Because the filter is on by default. An engulfing candle only gets marked if a change of character has happened and price is inside the resulting zone. Set Engulfing Candle Patterns to All if you want every one.
How do I get higher-timeframe structure? Set Higher Timeframe. Everything is then computed on that series and drawn on your chart.
Why is nothing drawn after I set a higher timeframe? That timeframe's history has to be in the terminal. Open a chart of the symbol on that timeframe once, then refresh.
Can an EA read the levels? No. There are no indicator buffers; every element is a chart object. Use the alerts.
Why aren't I getting alerts? Notification type ships as none. Pick a channel.
Best timeframe? H1 and H4 directly, or run it with Higher Timeframe set to H4 or D1 while you work on M15.
MT4? Both platforms are included, one download each. Same structure detection, same editable levels, same engulfing filter.
